I have some favorite restaurants, and Quang definitely has been one of them for many years.
I’ve known this restaurant for over 1o years, but the quality of their food has always been so consistent.
This is their tofu/vegetable noodle soup.
Last time I was at the restaurant with a girlfriend about a month ago, I had this soup for the first time and it was absolutely delicious.
So I couldn’t wait for Terry to try this soup today.
As you can see, lots of vegetables are piled up and they are perfectly cooked, but the best part is its broth.
It’s so unbelievably tasty.
I have no idea how they do it, but I don’t need to know.
All I can say is that this soup makes me smile. Big.
I was going to have the same soup, but at the last minute, I decided to have their weekend special, Sea Bass Soup.
Well, after we agreed to share.
I’ve had this soup many times, and I know it’s good, but every time I’m impressed all over again.
It’s that good.
There are lots of large chunks of sea bass in the soup, and the broth is just absolutely perfect!
This was how it looked with fresh sprouts, mint, lettuce, and hot peppers.
Beautiful isn’t it?!
We also treated ourselves with their Vietnamese coffee.
I’ve had Vietnamese coffee from different restaurants, and if you ask me any coffee would probably taste good with condensed milk.
But there is something very special about Quang’s.
Did I tell you how awesome this restaurant is?
I’m on Instagram.
