We were having this year’s first beautiful spring weather in the Twin Cities.
I was so looking forward to spending a lot of time outside.
And I got sick…
So I was stuck in the house with a sore throat (sob).
Of course I didn’t feel like cooking, and my husband went to get this for me.
Pho takeout.
This pho from Pho Saigon is absolutely delicious!
I’ve tried a lot of pho, but I have to say this is probably the best pho so far.
The restaurant looks a bit dingy from outside (I’ve never dined in the restaurant. Actually I’ve never been inside the restaurant, when I think about it. I guess Terry is always the one getting it for me.).
But their takeout pho is so fresh and flavorful.
Every Vietnamese place has slightly different broth for their pho but their broth is just perfect for me.
And I also like a takeout because I’m able to cook the meat just the way I like it.
Super delicious.
I think pho works better than chicken soup for me.
