Green Fruit Kebabs with Peppermint Schnapps Dip
I felt an urge to post something green like all other food bloggers (lol).
And I found this awesome idea!
This was perfect because I really din’t want to post green beer (I’m just not a big dinker and I have nothing against green beer! (lol)).
I served these beautiful green fruit kebabs with peppermint schnapps dip which was colored (with coloring) pale green. The color is a bit hard to see in the pictures; that probably shows how lightly it was colored. I did want to keep it look natural.
No drinking for me tomorrow. This is definitely my kind of way to celebrate the day!

Green Fruit Kebabs with Peppermint Schnapps Dip
fruit kebabs
– 1 green apple
– 1/4 honeydew melon
– 1 cup green grapes
– 2 kiwi
peppermint schnapps dip
– 2/3 cup heavy cream
– 1~2 tablespoons sugar
– 1~2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
– a few drops peppermint schnapps
– a few drops green coloring
1. Make kebabs with fresh fruit.
2. Make dip. Whip heavy cream until preferred consistency. Add sugar and yogurt and continue to whip. Add peppermint schnapps and green coloring. Mix well.
