A new restaurant in our neighborhood. Saint Dinette. I just realized there isn’t really any big sign outside.
近所に出来た新しいレストラン。大きな看板もないので、知らないと見過ごしそうですね。
It’s not a huge space but airy and comfortable.
窓が大きく気持ちのいい空間です。
Heirloom tomato.. smoked cheese, mizuna, caraway.
トマトとスモークチーズ。
Fried smelt.. remoulade, watercress, lemon.
魚のフライ。
Enchilada.. smoked blue marlic, mole, cilantro.
魚のトルティーヤ巻き。
Crab capellini.. nettles,jalapeno, lemon.
蟹パスタ。
Collard greens.. smoked ham hock, chilis.
菜っ葉の煮込み。
My favorite were proba428 the tomato and smoked cheese dish and the fried smelt (although it’s nothing special, just good fried fish). Terry liked the enchilada. We’ll definitely go back. Terry wants to try their cheeseburger, and I want to try the ricotta dumplings next time. And dessert! Hopefully we’ll have room left for dessert next time.

On the weekend you see this sign outside the restaurant. The restaurant is located across from the farmers market, and I think it’s a good idea!
そしてこのレストラン、実はファーマーズマーケットのお向かい。ということで、週末の朝になるとこんな看板が外に出ます。Valetとは、ふつうは駐車サービスに使われる言葉ですが、Grocery（買い物） Valet と言って、買い物の帰りにブランチにいらっしゃったら食事中ファーマーズマーケットで買ったものを涼しいところで保管しますよ、というもの。
