Sea Urchin Cream Pasta
It probably doesn’t sound that good to many people in the Western world, but when I found “sea urchin jelly fish” at a Japanese grocery store the other day, I got so excited. I love sea urchin and jelly fish, but it’s hard to find in the US. So even though the small jar was not cheap, I bought one without hesitation. This creamy pasta full of rich seafood flavors is delicious, but as I said, this is probably not for everyone.
うにくらげクリームパスタ
先日日本食料品店で、うにくらげなるものを見つけた時に作りました。
うにも、くらげも大好き。
しっかり味がついていたので、生クリームを足して、ちょっぴり、砂糖、塩こしょうのみの味付けです。
これ、美味しすぎ~!
すぐにでもお店にまた買いに走りたい気持ちをおさえてます(笑)。

Wow! that is an exotic dish. I have never seen sea urchins in the Indian market and I am so intrigued by this ingredient.

Sea urchin is one of the delicacies in Japan. It’s very unique in so many different ways!
