Tofu Mango Lettuce Wraps
On a hot summer day these lettuce wraps are so refreshing and easy to eat. I wanted something flavorful inside the wraps but I still wanted to keep it plant-based. The main ingredients of the filling are tofu and mango! They were cooked with red onion, garlic, and ginger. Since I served them with Hoison sauce, this dish is not 100% plant-based, but pretty close!
Tofu mango lettuce wraps: lettuce, filling (canola oil, garlic, ginger, red onion, cooked and crumbled firm tofu, mango, green onion, cilantro, sugar, soy sauce, hoison sauce, salt, pepper), carrot (garnish)

豆腐マンゴーレタスラップ
暑いときはこういうしゃきしゃきレタスが美味しいです。
先日沢山レタスを買った時に作ったレタスラップ。
中身は、豆腐とマンゴーが主役。
にんにくや生姜、そして、海鮮醬で味付け。
海鮮醬が入ったので、100%植物性食にはなりませんが、かなり近~い、ということで。
