    Thank you for your interest!

    To make the burger, combine and mix well about 1 pound of salmon (roughly chopped), about 1 cup of cooked quinoa, one small onion (chopped), about 1/2 cup chopped green onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs (add until preferred texture is achieved). Dust with flour. Cook in a pan with oil. It makes about 6 to 8 burgers. To make teriyaki sauce, cook soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper in pan until it thickens a little.
