Miso TVP and Zucchini Rice Bowl
I usually stay away from anything that is made to pretend to be something else. But I do like TVP as the ingredient is very simple, reduced-fat soy beans, unlike other products that may be a mixture of chemicals. TVP is so versatile and it’s fun to experiment with different flavors. For this rice bowl I made my TVP sweet and spicy and combined it with sauteed zucchini. I could easily eat a couple of bowls of rice with this!!

TVP肉味噌ズッキーニ丼
ひき肉みたいに見えるのはTVPという大豆たんぱくで出来たもの。
食感がひき肉みたいで、しかもたれをしっかり吸ってくれるのが嬉しいところ。
今回は甘めの味噌味に味付けして、そこに、ズッキーニをあわせました。
仕上げに七味をたっぷりふってシソと一緒にごはんにのせたら出来がり~!
