Curry Fried Udon with Salmon
This was our lunch today. It’s curry flavored fried udon noodle with salmon and vegetables. Lately I buy a fillet of salmon and poach it on the weekend. Then I take a small amount of salmon and add it to whatever the meal I’m making for the rest of the week. Salmon lasts longer when it’s cooked and it makes the weeknight meal preparation so easy.

カレー鮭焼きうどん
95パーセント植物性食生活を昨年の夏から始めましたが、まだ順調に続いてますよ～。
植物性食べ物以外に当たる5パーセントは何を食べてる？と時々聞かれることがあります。
その時の気分や状況によって、肉だったり乳製品だったり、いろいろなのですが、最近は鮭が多いです。
で、今日もそんな土曜日の昼ごはん。
ちょっぴり鮭入りの焼きうどんです。
最近ず～っと焼きうどんが食べたいと思っていたんですよね～。
味付けは醤油、ちょっぴり砂糖、そして、カレーパウダー。
カレー味が食欲をそそります。
もちろん、野菜もたっぷり入ってますよ～。
そして、この他にほうれん草サラダも一緒にいただきました。
そして、こちら、器もなかなかお気に入り。
