  • This looks great for a summer morning, did you make it with unflavored gelatin and brewed coffee for the liquid?

    As I wanted to keep it plant-based food, I used “kanten” which is made from seaweed, instead of gelatin. There is a powder version of (unflavored) kanten and I just added it to brewed (and sweetened) coffee.

  • Is kanten flavorless like gelatin?
