Salmon Burger Chili

I got the idea of adding salmon burger to chili from the Costco Cookbook they were giving out at the store a few weeks ago. I made my salmon burger from scratch instead of using store-bought salmon burger. This is a nice change from the regular meaty chili. Since we decided to eat less meat and I love salmon, this is going to be my go-to chili recipe.

Salmon burger chili: canola oil, garlic, onion, celery, corn, black bean, canned tomato (coarsely pureed), water, dry oregano, bay leaf, chili powder, cumin, sugar, vegetable base, salt, pepper, salmon burger (salmon, bread crumb, egg, hemp seeds, salt, pepper)

先日コストコという店に行ったときに、料理本を無料で配っていたので、一冊もらってきました～！

中を見てみると、コストコの店で売っている製品を使ったレシピばかり（笑）。

当たり前といったら当たり前なんだけどね～。

で、ぱらぱらと見ていたら、サーモンバーガーチリ、というのに目が止まりました。

チリ（コンカーン）は、普通は牛ひき肉と豆が主材料のトマト味の煮込み料理ですが、これは、コストコで売っているサーモンバーガーを崩したものが肉の代わりに入っている、というもの。

私は、サーモンバーガーも自分で作って、試してみました～。

魚入りのチリ、初めて～！

サーモンバーガー、私はちょっと崩しすぎましたね、今回。

次回はもうちょっと大きめなかたまりを残して入れたいと思いますが、それ以外は満足～！

肉入りに比べて軽い感じだし、魚好き、特に鮭好きの私にはこれのほうがいいですね～。

豆は、ブラックビーン、コーンも入れました。

器は久しぶりに、黄色のルクルーゼ、ココット・オーバル～。
