Daikon Radish and Apple Salad

I was so happy when I found daikon radish at the flea market last weekend. You can find daikon radish at the local grocery store, too, but they seem to come and go and they don’t look always very fresh. I cut the daikon radish and an apple very very thin and served the salad with honey lemon dressing made from honey, lemon juice, white vinegar, canola oil, salt, and pepper.

大根とりんごのサラダ、蜂蜜レモンドレッシング

先週末蚤の市で買ってきた大根を使って。
マッチ棒のように細～く切ってしゃきしゃきサラダに仕立てました。
同じように切ったりんごがさわやか甘さを足してくれて美味しい。
ドレッシングは、素材の美味しさを邪魔しないように、あっさり、蜂蜜レモンドレッシング。
ドレッシング：蜂蜜、レモン果汁、酢、サラダオイル、塩、こしょう
