A rice bowl with a kick!
The cauliflower was fried and then coated with spicy tangy buffalo sauce.
When I cook rice, I make a big batch.
I divide it into small packages and freeze them, just like my mom does.
I took this picture because these were done by Terry (mine never look this neat(lol)), and I wanted to show this to my mom.
She will be proud.
And lots of vegetables go into the bowl as usual.
This time radish, cabbage, tomato, corn, and green peppers went in.
I drizzled lemony tahini dressing.
Super tasty and flavorful!
The weekend is just around the corner.
