Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl
There are various versions of pork cutlet rice bowl found in Japan. This is one of the versions where a pork cutlet is served with cabbage on top of rice. Miso katsu or pork cutlet with miso sauce is a specialty of Nagoya, my hometown.

味噌かつライスボウル
かつ丼、と、書こうとして、躊躇しました（笑）。
いわゆる卵でとじたかつ丼じゃないし、何より、丼に入ってないし。。。
で、味噌かつライスボウル、と命名。
名古屋出身の私としては、やっぱりとんかつは味噌だれで食べたい。
下に敷いたキャベツとにんじんの千切りは、コールスロー風に、ドレッシングであえる、というひと手間をかけてま～す。
仕上げに、マヨをかけて出来上がり。
とんかつはやっぱり味噌かつだがね（笑）。
名古屋弁、昔は結構ぺらぺらだったのに～。
