Grilled Cauliflower Steak and Basil Sandwich
I liked grilled cauliflower steak so much (my previous posts: here and here), and I decided to make a sandwich with it. I love the sweetness you can taste from cooked cauliflower. With the grilled/charred flavors as well as the various vegetables/herbs and two kinds of sauce, this sandwich is so tasty that I forget that it’s probably considered a so-called “healthy” sandwich!

グリルカリフラワーステーキdeサンドイッチ
最近よくやっているカリフラワーステーキが大好きなので（コチラやコチラ）、今回はサンドイッチにしてみました。
しっかりグリルマークを付けて焼いたら、いろいろな野菜やハーブ、そして、2種類のソースとあわせて。
バンズはオニオンバンズ。
まずスパイスマヨを塗ったら、カリフラワーステーキをのせて、バジルの葉っぱ、トマト、玉ねぎのスライス、ルッコラ、そして、仕上げに、甘いガーリックバルサミコソースをかけて出来上がり～。
肉ナシチーズナシサンドイッチですが、そんなことを忘れてしまうような美味し～い満足なサンドイッチになりました！
