Sweet and Sour Salmon with Mango
I had seen a sweet and sour dish with pineapple before but I was surprised to see mango in this type of dish when we ordered a dish called “forever love” at a vegan restaurant called Loving Hut in Chicago. I loved it so much and I couldn’t wait to try making it myself. My version has salmon instead of TVP meat that the restaurant had. Mango really brightens the flavors of the dish!

スイートアンドサワーサーモン
スイートアンドサワー、いわゆる酢豚の味のお料理です。
今回は豚肉の代わりに鮭で作ってみました。
そしてそして、注目して欲しいのは、マンゴー入り、っていうところ～！
先日シカゴのヴィーガンレストラン、ラビング・ハット（Loving Hut)という店で同じような料理を頼んだら、マンゴーが入っていて、そのアイデアをしっかりいただきました。
今回は酢豚風な味なんだけれど、ケチャップを入れずに作ってみました。
これも美味しい～！
