Coffee Bread with Dates and Walnuts
I am interested in trying different bread recipes, but I always come back to this one, the Boule recipe in “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day”. I have made so many different versions of bread using this recipe as a base, and I’ve never been disappointed. And this time was not an exception. This one was made coffee flavored and then lots of walnuts and dates were added. So tasty!!

デーツって知ってますか？
北アフリカや中近東でよく食べられるナツメヤシの実。
こちらではドライフルーツとしてスーパーで売ってます。
大きめに切って入れたので、写真でもしっかり見えてますよね、これです。
味は、干し柿に似てぎゅ～っと甘さが凝縮された感じ。
コーヒー味のパンにぴったし！！思った通りでした～。
デーツと胡桃をたっぷり入れて焼いたコーヒー味のこのハード系パン、かな～り気に入ってしまいました。
