Quinoa Risotto with Asparagus
Quinoa risotto is one of my recent favorite dishes. Tomato flavored quinoa risotto was served with asparagus and a little mozzarella cheese.

アスパラガス入りキノアリゾット
ぷちぷちキノア、大好きなのですが、リゾットにしても美味しい～！
トマト味のリゾットに作ったら、アスパラガスを仕上げにさっと入れて、ちょっぴりモッツレラチーズをかけたら出来上がり。
これに、たっぷりサラダで大満足ランチ、またはディナーとなりま～す！
アメリカって夕食でも品数が少ないのよね（苦笑）。。。
日本みたいにたくさん小鉢や小皿が並ぶ食卓が理想だけど、まっ、洗い物も少ないからいいかな、なんて。
