Rotini with Sun-dried Tomato and Boursin
We decided to bring Boursin to our friend’s New Year Eve party. We found Boursin at Costco but there were three boxes in one package. We took one (and other type of cheese) to the party, so we’ve been enjoying the rest at home. For this pasta I sprinkled small pieces of Boursin on top right before serving. I really enjoyed the combination of Boursin and the sun-dried tomato.

サンドライトマトとブルサンチーズのパスタ
ブルサンとは、にんにくやハーブがたっぷり入った風味良いクリーミーなフランス産チーズ。
先日友人宅で開かれた年末パーティーに持っていくためにコストコで買ったのですが、３個入り、ということで、うち用にも少し残りました。
で、先週末サンドライトマトで作ったソースをからめたパスタに、ブルサンを仕上げにぽとっぽとっと落としました。
とっても美味しい組み合わせとなりました～。
チーズは二人とも最近は控えているんだけど、美味しいものを少し食べるっていうのはいいよね。
ちなみに、テリー、パスタはこういうショートパスタが好き。
普通のスパゲッティみたいな長い麺系のパスタは、“Ｂｏｒｉｎｇ（面白くない）”なんだそうです（苦笑）。
私、ショートパスタは嫌いじゃないのですが、やっぱり昔からラーメンとかきしめんとか好きなこともあって、どちらかと言うと長い麺がやっぱり好みですね～。
