Corn Black Bean Nectarine Salad

This corn and black bean salad is one of my go-to salads in the summer time. It’s easy to make and it’s a great way to enjoy corn in season. The basic is always the same but sometimes I like to have fun by adding different things. This time I added nectarines, which gave this salad a little unexpected fresh fruitiness.

コーンとブラックビーンのサラダはもう何回も作っている我が家定番サラダ。
コーンが美味しいこの季節には本当によく作ってます。
今回は、これまたこの時期美味しいネクタリンも入れてみました。
ちょっとフルーティな味が加わって、これもなかなかいけます。
