Pineapple Hoisin Chicken Drumsticks

Hoisin sauce is one of Terry’s favorite sauces and we always keep a big bottle in our fridge. These drumsticks were marinated in a mixture of hoisin sauce, pineapple, and other yummy things. The drumsticks were cooked in the oven and finished under the broiler. They were served with additional hoisin pineapple sauce and a sprinkle of green onion. The sweet, fruity, tropical flavors are wonderful and makes me want to have a tall glass of very cold beer!
marinade: hoisin sauce, pineapple(juice and fruit), garlic, soy sauce, salad oil, black pepper, honey, vinegar
sauce: hoisin sauce, pineapple, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, honey, vinegar, (corn starch+water for thickening)

パイナップル海鮮醤照り焼き鶏ドラムスティック

パイナップルと海鮮醤味のたれにマリネした鶏ドラムスティックをオーブン焼きしたもの。
仕上げには、ブロイラーでカリッと表面を焼き上げました。
出来上がりにはさらにたれをかけます。
海鮮醤の甘辛い味にパイナップルのトロピカルフルーティーさが加わるのがユニーク。
ビールのおつまみにもぴったり。
マリネ液：海鮮醤、しょうゆ、蜂蜜、パイナップル（果汁と実）、にんにく、酢、黒こしょう、サラダ油
たれ：海鮮醤、しょうゆ、蜂蜜、パイナップル、にんにく、酢、黒こしょう、（とろみが足りなかったら、コーンスターチ（片栗粉）を水で溶いたものを加える）
