Piña Colada Jello Shots

I’m not much of a drinker. I just cannot drink a lot of alcohol; I mean I can easily get drunk with a quarter of a glass of any alcohol beverage. But I do love the taste of mixed drinks, especially this time of the year, and Piña Colada is one of my favorite summer drinks. Here is my little fun creation: Piña Colada jello shots. Mix coconut milk, sugar,and rum together and make the mixture into jello. Place the jello on a piece of pineapple and top it off with small diced pineapple and a sprinkle of lime zest. A drink/snack idea for a beach/pool party!

お酒はかな～り弱いのだけれど、お酒、味は嫌いじゃあないのです。
食事によってはワインもいただきたいし、暑い日にはビールをぐぐっといきたくなります。
でもやっぱり一番好きなのは、甘めのカクテル。
夏になると、特に飲みたくなりますね～（笑）。
ピニャ・コラーダは、ココナッツミルク、ラム酒、パイナップルジュースで作るカクテル、トロピカルな飲み物の代表。
もともとココナッツミルクが好きなので、お気に入りカクテルのひとつ。
ココナッツミルク、砂糖、ラム酒でゼリーを作ってそれをパイナップルにのせました。
夏のパーティーなどにいかがでしょう～。
