Pancakes with Caramel Coconut Milk Sauce with Toasted Almond

I like pancakes, but I have to confess I’m always looking for unique ways to enjoy pancakes. So when I ask Terry if he wants me to make pancakes on the weekend, he will say, “Yes, but what kind are you going to make?”. Terry usually likes to stick to traditional pancakes without any crazy things that I might add.
So this was just for me. Fluffy pancakes with caramel coconut milk sauce, made with coconut milk with dulce de leche, toasted almonds, and a little drop of whipped cream. It’s probably not for everybody, but I found it heavenly delicious!

題を見ただけで、“甘そう～！！”、と思った？

ハイ、コレ、しっかりと甘い。
。。。んだけど、甘すぎない朝食。
って信じてもらえるかなあ（苦笑）。
キャラメル味（ドルチェ・デ・レチェ）のココナッツミルクソースと香ばしいアーモンドの組み合わせが、私にはたまらない味。
お皿まで舐めたかったぐらい（笑）。
最近、コチラで美味しそうなパンケーキが紹介されてたのにも、実は影響を受けてたりして。
