Baked Pasta with Ham, Fennel, and Blue Cheese Cream Sauce

I tend to put too much blue cheese in anything. But this time I remembered the lesson that blue cheese flavor can overwhelm the whole dish, and I added only a little bit to the sauce for this pasta. The blue cheese flavor was so subtle that I could still enjoy the taste of the rest of the ingredients as well.

ハムとフェンネルのベイクドパスタ、ブルーチーズソース

フェンネルが主役でブルーチーズとハムが脇役といったパスタ。
いつもはブルーチーズを入れすぎてしまうことが多いのだけれど、今回はほんのちょっとだけ、と自分に言い聞かせた。
ほんのりブルーチーズ味、というのがいいのよね。

明日金曜日はテリーと二人で、休みを取って三連休にするつもり。
特に決まった予定もないので、うちでのんびり、と。
テリーは、“今夜は夜更かしするぞ～”、宣言をしております（笑）。
明日は双子の甥っ子に会いに行こうか、と話しているところ。
２週間ぐらい会わないだけで、恋しくなってしまうのよね（おばバカ？（笑））。
