Mocha Mille Crepe Cake
Happy Valentine’s Day!!
Mocha butter cream was placed between layers of mocha crepes, and the cake was served with mocha flavored whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
So delicious!!
Mocha Mille Crepe Cake
mocha crepes
– 3/4 cup milk
– 3/4 cup cold water
– 3 egg yolks
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 tablespoon rum
– 1 cup flour
– 5 tablespoons melted butter
– 2 teaspoons cocoa
mocha butter cream
– 1 cup salted butter, room temperature
– about 1 cup of confectioners sugar
– 1~2 tablespoons milk – microwave to make it warm and dissolve about 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee
mocha whipped cream
– 2/3 cup heavy cream
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 2 teaspoon milk – microwave to make it warm and dissolve about 1/4 teaspoon of instant coffee
1/2 cup Fresh raspberries
1. Make crepes. Combine all the ingredients in the blender. Cover and blend for about a minute. Refrigerate for a few hours. Cook crepes in a pan with melted butter.
2. Make mocha butter cream. Combine and mix well all the ingredients.
3. Make whipped cream. Whip heavy cream. Add sugar and coffee mixture. Whip more.
4. Spread the butter cream between crepe layers. Place the mocha whipped cream and raspberries on top.

バレンタインデーですね~。
レストランはどこも混むし、最悪の料理に最悪のサービスに高いお金を出すのもいやなので(現実的!)、今日は特にイベントなしの我が家です。
その代りといってはなんですが、スイーツは作りましたよ~(先週末に(苦笑))!
モカ味のミルクレープ。
テリーのリクエストで、中はバタークリーム。
クレープもバタークリームも上にのせたホイップクリームも全部ほのかなモカ味。
美味しく出来上がりました~。
しかも、この切り口!!すっごく綺麗~!
