  • Hi, Reiko, what source recipe did you use for the lemon bars? I’m curious about that. I’ve made them since high school and love them and have a great recipe—-basically the one in the Betty Crocker Cookbook I gave you. If you like lemon, use the lemon peel listed as an if desired ingredient in the filling. The crust is very tender.

    I used Ina Garten’s recipe on foodnetwork site, but I made some changes to the filling recipe, so I know it was my fault. I should definitely try the Betty Crocker recipe!! Terry and I both love lemon bars!!
